This packet contains 15 instructional strategies tailored around increasing student metacognition and comprehension of material that have been sorted by the environment that they would work best in (i.e. F2F or online with remote learning). This toolkit outlines a set of steps that teams of district or school leaders, teachers, and other instructional staff can take to explore the coherence of their instructional systems and reflect on any potential improvements. Instructors who use a variety of evidence-based teaching strategies create an environment for increased student engagement and critical thinking. This collection of evidence-based teaching practices helps instructors develop their skills in Instructional Strategies.
